We’re excited to have you return to Elite 1s Basketball! Thank you for your continued trust and commitment to your athlete’s growth. Let’s get ready for another powerful season of development, competition, and family.

Season Details for Returners
Fall Season Dates: Sept. 3 – Nov. 16, 2025
Grade Levels: 5th – 12th
Cost: $700
Uniform Fee (if needed): $75

Includes:
• 2 practices per week
• Guaranteed 10–12 local tournament games
• Certified Skill Development Training
• Team registration, insurance, facility fees
• Black/White reversible uniform (if purchased)

Returner Commitment Agreement

1. PARTICIPATION IS A PRIVILEGE: Players are expected to uphold the values of hard work, commitment, and respect. We reserve the right to dismiss any player who does not meet program standards.

2. CONDUCT: Players must act respectfully on and off the court. Sportsmanship is required at all times. Coaches may issue discipline, including dismissal, for ongoing issues.

3. ACADEMICS FIRST: School performance is the top priority. Communicate any school-related absences with your coach in advance.

4. COMMITMENT TO PRACTICE & GAMES: Attendance is mandatory. Repeated unexcused absences may affect playing time or lead to dismissal.

5. PLAYING TIME: Is earned and never guaranteed. Decisions are based on skill, attitude, effort, and team needs.

6. FEES:.
• $700 due in full or in 2 installments
• 50% deposit due by 8/29/25
• Remaining balance due 9/30/25
• All fees are non-refundable

7. PARENT EXPECTATIONS: Support the team respectfully. No coaching from the sidelines. All concerns must follow the 48-hour rule and be directed to a head coach or program rep.

9. WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE: I give consent for my child to participate in all Elite 1s Basketball activities, including travel. I release Elite 1s, Coach Naeem Syed, and any staff/facility from liability for injuries. I grant permission for the use of my child’s image in media and social content.

I understand that by signing this contract, I will agree to abide by these expectations described on this sheet. I promise to work to the best of my ability until the season is over.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS RELEASE, AND FREELY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME THE RISKS AND WAIVE MY RIGHTS CONCERNING LIABILITY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE

As the parent/guardian of the child named above, I hereby give my full consent and approval for my child to participate in any activity of Elite 1s Basketball, LLC which may include Tryouts, Practices, Clinics, Camps, and/or Basketball Games. I also waive, release, and hold harmless Coach Naeem Syed and any staff member(s) of Elite 1s Basketball, LLC, and/or any facility Elite 1s Basketball, LLC utilizes, for any injury that the child may suffer while in the course of participating in any activity including but not limited to travel to an event. By signing this waiver, I also give permission for Elite 1s Basketball, LLC to photograph any activity to promote Elite 1s Basketball, LLC in Social Media, Media Publications, or Company Literature. I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above. I have the legal right to consent to and, by signing below, I hereby do consent to the terms and conditions of this Release.

The parties agree that this agreement may be electronically signed. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
